Giveaway Terms & Conditions

ELIGIBILITY

• Subject to condition 4, this Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 14 years or over.
• Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this Promotion.

PROMOTION PERIOD

• This Promotion commences on 03/09/2023 at 11am and ends on 10/09/2023 at 11am (“Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER

• To enter this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, undertake the following steps: https://exoticautoclub.com.au/giveaway

LIMITS ON ENTRY

• Limit of one (1) entry permitted per eligible person.
• Multiple entries are permitted per person; however, each entry must be submitted separately and under entry requirements.
• Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be submitted separately and under entry requirements; and (b) a maximum of one (1) entry is permitted per person per day.

DRAW DETAILS

• The draw will take place at 42 McCauley St, Matraville NSW 2036, at 11:00 AM on 03/09/2023. The Promoter reserves the right to draw reserves in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant.
• The draw submission period will end on 10/09/2023 at 11 a.m.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

• The provisional winner(s) will be contacted via the details provided upon signing up (phone/email), 2 business days after the draw. A provisional winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by the Promoter.

PRIZES

• The first 10 valid entry/entries randomly selected from all valid entries received, will win a prize of 1. A FREE 30-minute supercar chauffeur experience
• 50% off on your next car rental 3. Exclusive Exotic Auto Club merchandise like hats, hoodies, and shirts.
• the prize package cannot be awarded or redeemed for cash.
• Product/s included in the prize package (including but not limited to titles, colour, design, sizing, model, finish, style etc.) will be determined by the Promoter at its complete discretion. All prizes must be taken as offered.
• The Special Father’s Day Giveaway prizes are subject to the event venue and giveaway terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organizers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or any companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize. The winner (and any companion) will be responsible for their transport to and from the event venue and any costs associated.
• If the winner is under the age of 18 and or does not have a valid drivers license, you can nominate someone to receive the portion of the gift that is for car hire.
• Should the person who receives the prize and cannot use the car hire portion of the prize due to loss or/ lack of licence they will not be able to redeem this portion of the prize for anything else and forfeit this portion of the prize when accepting the prize package.
• Spending money, meals, insurance, transport, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Any costs associated with redeeming the prize, including transport to and from accommodation and any other location relevant to the prize, are the responsibility of the winner (and any companion). The itinerary is to be determined by the Promoter at its absolute discretion. The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prizes and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at the time of accommodation check-in. Where relevant the Promoter is not liable in the event of any border closure preventing travel (and/or the winner taking the prize), in the event a flight is delayed/cancelled, where a winner (and/or guest/s) misses a flight, or where a winner can no longer travel.
• All winners who are verified and receive their prizes on the 10/09/2023 have exactly 14 days to collect/ use the prizes won, if this time frame is exceeded they will forfeit the prize.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW

• On 10/09/2023 (The winner’s announcement date) the winners of the prizes will be contacted by the Exotic Auto Club Team, and the social media accounts used to post and tag the photos will be identified. If not identified or the prize winner does not respond or interact with a member of the Exotic Auto Club team the winner’s prize will become void 5 business days after the initial attempt at contact.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed administered by, or associated with, Facebook OR Instagram. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook OR Instagram. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook OR Instagram. Facebook OR Instagram will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an entrant, as a result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

PRIVACY

• To conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to be entered into the Exotic Auto Club The Promoter may for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Exotic Auto Club Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored following the Exotic Auto Club Privacy Policy. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our active database. To request details to be removed, please contact Exotic Auto Club. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible following Exotic Auto Club’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.  All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
